How does delivery work?+
After payment, log in on the character you entered at checkout and stay online. We whisper you, agree on a quiet map, and trade the mesos in a few smaller trades. Typical wait is 15-60 minutes during support hours.
Is this safe for my account?+
Using a service like ours is against the game's terms of service, so there is always some risk. We reduce it by trading from established characters, splitting large amounts, and never mentioning the sale in chat. You should do the same: do not talk about buying or about this website in game.
What if I do not receive my mesos?+
Open a ticket on Discord with your order reference and we sort it out. Non-delivery is the one case where money goes back: if we cannot deliver within 24 hours of payment, the payment is returned.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH and more) through NOWPayments. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?+
No. You are paying for the delivery, and the service is complete the moment the trade is done, so every sale is final at that point. No refunds, exchanges or credits after delivery, for any reason. You agree to this at checkout.
Do you buy mesos?+
Yes. Open a sell ticket on Discord with the server and amount and we quote you a rate. Payment is by PayPal or USDT the same day the trade completes.
Where is support?+
Discord, 10:00-23:00 CET (UTC+1), every day. There is no live chat on the site; every order and every question goes through a ticket so there is a written record.
Are you affiliated with the game publisher?+
No. This site is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nexon or any game publisher. Game names are used for descriptive purposes only.
