How does delivery work?+
After payment, add mscollectors on Discord and send your order number so we can agree a time. Then log in on the character you entered at checkout and stay online. We send that character a party invite and then a trade request with your mesos, with nothing said in game chat. Accept both and you are done. Typical wait is 15-60 minutes during support hours.
Is this safe for my account?+
Using a service like ours is against the game's terms of service, so there is always some risk. We reduce it by trading from established characters and never mentioning the sale in chat, not even to you: in game you get a party invite and a trade, nothing else. You should do the same: do not talk about buying or about this website in game.
What if I do not receive my mesos?+
Message mscollectors on Discord with your order reference and we sort it out. Non-delivery is the one case where money goes back: if we have not started your delivery within 48 hours of payment, and the delay is on our side, you can cancel and the payment is returned. Once delivery has started the order is committed and final.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH and more) through NOWPayments. Prices are in US dollars. PayPal orders under $50.00 carry a $1.99 PayPal fee, shown in the order summary before you pay. From $50.00 there is no fee, and crypto never has one.
Can I get a refund?+
No. You are paying for the delivery, and the service is complete the moment the trade is done, so every sale is final at that point. No refunds, exchanges or credits after delivery, for any reason. You agree to this at checkout.
Do you buy mesos?+
Yes. Add mscollectors on Discord with the server and amount and we quote you a rate. Payment is by PayPal or USDT the same day the trade completes.
Where is support?+
On Discord: add mscollectors and send us a message, 10:00-23:00 CET (UTC+1), every day. There is no live chat or email support. Keeping every order to one Discord conversation means there is a written record for both sides.
Are you affiliated with the game publisher?+
No. This site is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nexon or any game publisher. Game names are used for descriptive purposes only.
