Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order: your email address, the in-game character name you give us, the server, amount and price of the order, the payment method you chose, and the reference our payment provider returns. We do not receive or store card numbers, PayPal login details or wallet keys.

When you visit: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for a short period to keep the site running and to block abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To deliver your order, send you the payment confirmation and receipt, answer your support ticket, and keep the records we are legally required to keep. The legal basis is performance of the contract you enter into when you order, and our legal obligations for bookkeeping.

Who sees it

Our payment providers (PayPal and NOWPayments) process the payment itself under their own privacy policies. Our email provider delivers order emails. Our hosting provider stores the server. None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records, including your email and character name, are kept for the period bookkeeping law requires, then deleted. Server access logs are deleted automatically after a few weeks.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. One strictly necessary cookie is used for the staff area only. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Open a ticket on our Discord from the account you want us to act on, or quote your order reference and the email you ordered with, and we will handle it there.
