1. Who we are and what we sell

MS Classic Gold ("we", "us") provides a delivery service for classic-style MapleStory servers: you order an amount of mesos and we spend our time and our characters bringing that amount to your character by in-game trade. What you pay for is the service of delivery, priced by the amount delivered. We also arrange the reverse service, collecting mesos from players who want to sell. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

This site is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nexon or any game publisher. Game names are used for descriptive purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. By placing an order you confirm that this is the case.

3. Acknowledgement of risk

Paying for services like ours is against the game publisher's terms of service. The publisher may penalise game accounts involved, up to and including permanent bans. By ordering you acknowledge this risk and accept it as your own. We are not liable for any action the publisher takes against your account, and no refund is owed on that basis.

We reduce the risk on our side by trading from established characters, splitting large amounts into smaller trades, and never referring to the sale in game. You agree to do the same and not to mention the purchase, this website, or real-money trading in game chat.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay; there are no additional fees from us. Prices and stock can change at any time before you place an order. The price at the time you complete checkout is the price of your order.

An order is placed when you complete checkout. It is confirmed when we receive payment. Until then we may cancel it, for example if stock has run out, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we never see or store card numbers or wallet keys. Crypto payments are confirmed once the network reports the transaction as complete, which can take a few minutes.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that has been delivered is treated as fraud. We keep a timestamped screenshot of every completed trade, together with the order record and your acceptance of these terms at checkout, and we contest every such dispute with that evidence. Accounts that file disputes are refused further service.

6. Delivery

Delivery is by in-game trade to the character name you enter at checkout. You are responsible for entering it correctly and for being online on that character. Typical delivery time is 15-60 minutes during support hours. Outside support hours (10:00-23:00 CET (UTC+1), every day) delivery happens at the start of the next support window.

An order is delivered when the trade completes in game. The only case in which we refund is if we are unable to deliver at all: if delivery has not happened within 24 hours of confirmed payment for a reason on our side, you may cancel and the payment is returned to the method you used.

You must be reachable in game to receive delivery. If you cannot be reached for 7 days after payment despite our attempts, we may cancel the order and return the payment less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

7. No refunds

The service is fully performed at the moment the delivery trade completes in game. All sales are final. Once delivery has been made, no refund, partial refund, exchange or credit is given, for any reason, including a change of mind, ordering the wrong amount or server, or any later action taken against your game account by the publisher.

By ordering you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and acknowledge that once it has been fully performed you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that might otherwise apply.

The single exception is described in section 6: if we fail to deliver at all, the payment is returned.

8. Selling mesos to us

Quotes for collecting mesos from you are given individually through our Discord and are valid only for the time stated in the quote. Payment is sent the same day the trade completes, by the method agreed in the quote. Section 3 applies equally to selling.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to launder money, to move mesos obtained through hacking, duping, or stolen accounts, or in violation of any law that applies to you. We refuse and refund orders we believe fall under this section and may decline future business.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of a game account, in-game items, or time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Support and disputes

All support runs through our Discord server, where every order is handled in a ticket so there is a written record for both sides. There is no email or phone support. If we cannot resolve a dispute with you there, the courts of the country where we are established have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.
